Do you love a good technique like I do?! I love learning new how to’s that I can use on any project with any color! Today I’m sharing two qick and easy techniques to create a great DIY background! The first is using your blending brush & ink to create an ombre background! It’s like you’re creating your very own patterened paper. Then we use a water splattering technique over our ombre blending to give it even more of a cool look. We follow that with a dry embossing for some added texture and wow. I love the brightness of today’s monochromatic card using the New Summer Splash Stampin’ Up In Color (it’s my favorite!) and it goes great with the Beauty of the Deep Stamp Set for a fun “Happy Summer” card!
